NTLC is a leading edge, results based, education, management, training, evaluation and consulting firm with a primary focus on preschools, Early Childhood Development, and school-age before and after school programs. New Technology Learning Concepts (NTLC) was established in 1989 with the specific goal of bringing enhanced learning processes and strategies to school age children. Since that time, NTLC has expanded its focus to include preschools and Early Childhood Education Development programs. Our motto—”The Difference That Makes The Difference”- is reflected in our “think and act outside the box” and “think and act outside the book and classroom” approach that has provided our clients and their children and families with practical, real world solutions including preschool site development, funding source evaluation and development, library activities, community assessment, self assessment, program review preparation and quality improvement. Ms. Donna S. Beveridge, President, has been involved with preschools and Early Childhood Education (ECE) since 1969 (more detailed information under “Employee List”). Her passion for children and their development is the driving force behind all of NTLC’s programs.
Mr. David C. Beveridge, Vice-President, has been involved with preschools and Early Childhood Education (ECE) since 1982 (more detailed information under “Employee List”). His passion for reducing the complex into simplified and understandable terms provide the framework of NTLC’s service programs.
