David’s (CFO) background is aerospace (19 years) where he developed and utilized his extensive training in interpersonal communications, enhanced and accelerated learning and training strategies and technologies. He is also a certified trainer for the Talking Page Literacy Organization (TPLO) English Literacy Program (No Child Left Behind - NCLB - Supplemental Provider). He brings extensive knowledge and real world hands-on experience which includes the following:
· Developer of NTLC™’s Green Operations Systems™ . · School Readiness facilitator for San Bernardino Valley College (SBVC). · Marketing, systems, management and program development and evaluation. · Development and implementation of the updated (includes the latest Federal and State requirements) NTLC™ Performance Evaluation Review System (NPERS™) which consists of agency and site specific individualization of the Community Assessment, Self Assessment, Monitoring Protocol Preparation (includes ongoing monitoring system), Categorical Program Monitoring Preparation (includes ongoing monitoring system), Training, Total Quality Improvement Program and Childcare Center development. · Development and implementation of NTLC™’s Early Head Start/Head Start PRISM (Program Review Instrument for Systems Monitoring) Protocol and Self Evaluation Program Evaluation and Review System (NPERS™). · Successfully implemented by Early Head Start and Head Start Grantee/Delegate agencies in Southern California. · Management consultant and trainer to numerous local Community and Faith Based Organizations (CBOs/FBOs). · Specialized training and management programs. · Grant writing, program development and implementation. · Program Administration Scale (PAS) evaluator and trainer. · Results Based Accountability (RBA) Facilitator/Trainer. · Logistics Repairs Operations Manager for ITT Gilfillan. · Senior Technical Instructor and Technology Transfer Training Coordinator for ITT Gilfillan which included the following customers: U.S. Military, South Korea, Peoples Republic of China (PRC), Venezuela, Turkey, NATO, Germany, France, Belgium, and Yugoslavia. · Specialized equipment Field Service Representative assigned to the Strategic Air Command (SAC HQ, Omaha, Nebraska). |
