Text Box: David founded NTLC™ in 1989 and has provided the technical expertise in implementing the products and services in a manner that is practical (easy to implement) and economical (cost effective). Consultants

NTLC™ utilizes a specialized cadre of contractors and consultants dependent upon the scope and nature of the project. They consist of experts in computers, data entry and analysis, early childhood development, fiscal and financial areas, artists, and architects. The photo depicts two main themes:
