NTLC™ is a leading edge results based Preschool and Childcare and Development consulting firm. The products and services NTLC™ provides are directed at enhancing,  streamlining, and greening the client agency’s education, management, assessment, and evaluation operations.

 

New Technology Learning Concepts (NTLC™ ) was established in 1989 with the specific goal of bringing enhanced learning processes and strategies to school age children. Since that time, NTLC™ has shifted its operations to Preschools and Early Childhood Education Development programs. Preschools, Childcare and Development Centers, and Early Childhood Education are our nation’s primary tool for change and the primary focus for NTLC™ programs and services.

 

Our motto—”The Difference That Makes The Difference”- is reflected in our “think, act, and perform outside the standard box” and “think, act, and perform outside the standard book and classroom” approach that has provided our clients and their clients with cost effective and practical, real world solutions. Some of the solutions are reflected in preschool site development, funding source evaluation and development, library activities, community assessment, self assessment,  Federal and State program review preparation and management, and greening of operations.
