New Technology Learning Concepts (NTLC™ ) was established in 1989 with the specific goal of bringing enhanced learning processes and strategies to school age children. In 1999, NTLC™ expanded to include Preschools and Early Childhood Education Development programs where the most positive change in children and their family’s  is effectively implemented.
